OpensoftHR showcased AIME at IMDA Go Digital 2026, demonstrating AI-assisted receipt uploads, attendance insights and conversational HR requests in multiple languages, including Mandarin and Bengali.
The exhibition gave our team an opportunity to show how AIME, OpensoftHR’s AI HR assistant, supports everyday tasks for employees and administrators. We spoke with attendees about where these functions could help reduce administrative work and make HR information easier to access.
We also brought a little fun to the event, with matching team vests and bee-inspired headbands that added a playful touch to the experience.
What Did We Demonstrate With AIME at IMDA Go Digital 2026?
Our demonstrations focused on three practical workflows: submitting receipt photos, exploring attendance information and completing supported HR requests through multilingual conversations.

Demonstrating these workflows in person helped connect AIME’s capabilities with familiar situations: an employee submitting a claim, an administrator reviewing attendance, or someone making an HR request in a language they are comfortable using.
Showing How Receipt Uploads Work
We demonstrated how employees can upload receipt photos through AIME, review the extracted information and confirm their claim submissions.
This gives employees a way to submit claims without typing every receipt detail into a form. Employees still check the information before confirming, and submissions follow the company’s configured approval process.
At the exhibition, showing the steps together helped explain how AI-assisted receipt entry fits into an everyday HR workflow.

Exploring Attendance Insights Through Conversation
We also showed how administrators can ask AIME questions about attendance information and explore patterns through follow-up conversations.
Attendance records contain information that HR may need to investigate, from working hours to recurring lateness. AIME gives administrators another way to work with those records and identify areas for closer review.
The demonstration focused on making information easier to access and understand. HR remains responsible for checking the underlying records, considering the circumstances and deciding what action to take.
