Enterprises that fit the following criteria can get S$2,500 bonus (under DRB Category 1), S$2,500 bonus (under DRB Category 2), S$5,000 bonus (under DRB Category 3).
- Fall under Food Services or Retail Sectors
- Incorporated before 26 May 2020
- Have an active PayNow Corporate account
- Your UEN is using InvoiceNow
The Digital Resilience Bonus is a financial grant by the IMDA that encourages food services and retail businesses to use e-payments and digital solutions – including OpensoftHR – for running their business in the new evolving digital landscape we are in today.
What should I apply for?
The Digital Resilience Bonus comprises of 3 Categories. Opensoft HR falls under category 1.
We will assist you with the Digital Resilience Bonus application process once you sign up.
Receive a $2,500 bonus if you have accounting, HR/payroll, and digital ordering solutions.
OpensoftHR Payroll and HRMS products fall under Category 1.
We also have partnerships with the other solutions (eg. Sage) required to fulfil Category 1.
Food Services: Receive a $2,500 bonus if you use an online food delivery or e-procurement solution at least once a month.
Retail: Receive a $2,500 bonus if you make sales via an e-commerce solution at least once a month.
Receive a $5,000 bonus if you have a data mining and analytics solution.
*To qualify for DRB, your enterprise must be: (i) incorporated on or before 26 May 2020 with a Food Service or Retail SSIC code and (ii) using the digital solutions between 1 June 2020 and 30 June 2021

Apply for Digital Resilience Bonus
The Pointers listed below are all taken from IMDA.
There is no need for you to submit any application form.
Providers of Qualified Solutions will submit your UEN to IMDA if you are using the solutions between 1 June 2020 and 30 June 2021.
IMDA will credit the Bonus into your PayNow Corporate account without suffix according to the categories of digital solutions you use.
The processing time by IMDA is about 1 month. Payouts will start from August 2020 onward.
Your digital solution providers are the ones that will inform IMDA. You don’t need to claim anything yourself.
IMDA hasn’t yet announced a deadline. However if you want to ensure getting your DRB payout early, we recommend you ask your Solution Providers to inform IMDA as soon as possible. We foresee that the processing time will increase as the number of companies request for DRB.
